These terms govern your use of Room Designer (the “app”), a free floor-plan drawing tool at ingatlantervezo.com. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Room Designer is a free, browser-based tool offered at no charge. It is a static website with no accounts: your designs are created and stored in your own browser, and optionally in your own Google Drive if you connect it. There is no fee, subscription, or purchase.
The layouts you create are yours. Because the app has no backend, your designs are not uploaded to us; they live in your browser’s local storage, in any share links you generate, or in your own Google Drive if you choose to save them there. You are responsible for keeping your own backups — clearing your browser data can remove locally stored designs.
The optional Google Drive integration is provided to save and reopen your
layouts in your own Drive, using the limited drive.file
permission. Your use of Google Drive is also subject to
Google’s
own terms. See our

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Measurements, dimensions, and 3D previews are approximate and provided for planning convenience only — do not rely on them for construction, purchasing, or other decisions without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ingatlantervezo.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or designs, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
The app is offered on a non-profit basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
